Nicole Sanchez - Owner & Senior Wedding Coordinator
From an early age, I was the little girl obsessed with weddings! The grandeur and opulence of such lavish affairs was truly captivating. After graduating with a Master's Degree from The University of Florida (Go Gators!), my enthusiasm for weddings led me to open Pavé Weddings. As a seasoned event designer with over 15 years of wedding experience, I have a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry and have had the honor to work with so many fabulous brides and grooms. Weddings are my passion! This passion radiates throughout every event that I am a part of. My positive spirit, creative designs, and impeccable attention to detail blend with each couples' unique desires to create a recipe for wedding day perfection.
I am a member of the prestigious Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and I continually strive to maintain their high standard of excellence. I am excited about the opportunity to share in your special day and help to create a unique ceremony that radiates brilliance and is filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

With 20+ years experience, I’ve worked in many aspects of the wedding and event industry; private club, hotel, rental, and design. Over the years, I’ve designed and planned for hundreds of weddings and corporate events. I treat every wedding and event as if it’s my own. I’m organized, highly motivated, and detail oriented. I believe the key to a good relationship - both personal and professional - is communication; especially when it comes to wedding planning. I feel you should treat others the way you want to be treated AND kindness makes the world a better place. I support and have participated in several local charities and events, such as Children’s Home Society, Ronald McDonald House and Women’s Pregnancy Center. Helping others and giving back to my community makes my heart happy. I’m passionate about my job and work hard to ensure wonderful, memorable, stress-free weddings and events.

From the initial design concepts on the drawing board to seeing my design come to life is what makes wedding planning truly spectacular. With a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management from UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality, I bring seven years of event experience executing creative visions for your big day. When I'm not planning or coordinating weddings, I can be found jamming to 90s' tunes or sitting in my favorite eclectic tea cafes, gearing up for my next travels, along with learning about different cultures and traditions.

I have been honored to work in the wedding industry with so many diverse couples for the past six years. I was born in New York, NY and raised in Boston, MA. I am happily married with two amazing children. As a little girl, I would dream of my own wedding and gown. My aunt was a seamstress and I would watch in awe as she would turn the fabric into something beautiful. I loved to pick up pieces of fabric that fell from the sewing machine and make wedding dresses for my own Barbie’s. Never did I imagine that I would be working with such amazing brides - and their dream dresses - on their big day. Wedding planning has been one of the most rewarding experiences and I look forward to making many future couples' wedding dreams come true!

I am a Central Florida native and attended The University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Event Management. Ever since I was young, I loved being organized and planning. However, it wasn't until I was older that I found a passion for weddings as it was the perfect compliment to what I loved. I enjoy sifting through the wedding details with clients and watching their reaction on the big day as they enter their reception.
